  稀土精煉合金是諸多合金元素和多種活化元素復合而成的產品，廣泛運用于冶煉行業，具有使用方便改善鋼水質量等優點。

主要功效

  1．能去除鋼水中的金屬雜物和非金屬夾雜物(氧化物、硫化物、硫氧化合物、硅酸鹽化化合物的有害物)。一般的煉鋼工藝是很難去除鋼水中的夾雜物，夾雜物去除不掉，鑄件上就會出現渣孔、夾渣、裂縫、裂紋等缺陷。

  2．能細化晶粒、增強鋼水的流動性。避免了鑄件的結瘤、冷隔、縮孔(園角、塌角)的產生，使用后鑄件的表面平整光滑。

  3．精煉劑還具有造渣、脫氧、排除鋼水中廢氣(氫氣、氧氣、氮氣)的功能。提高鑄鋼件的成品率(3—5％)。

使用方法及用量

  1．把本品放入包中，倒入鋼水即可。

  2．建議噸鋼水用3—5公斤。

  3．The refining agent also has the function of slag—making and deoxidation to eliminate the waste gas(hydrogen，oxygen，helium)in molten steel．Improve the yield of steel castings(3—5％)

Usage and Dosage：

  1．Put the product into the bag and pour in the molten steel．

  2．Recommended ton of molten iron with 3—5kg．
