使用方法

1．除渣劑可在澆包、坩堝爐、電爐、澆鑄機中使用。用人工或噴槍撒布于溶液表面盡量拋灑均勻以減少用量。

2．稍加攪動后，除渣劑在快速均勻膨脹的同時，在溶液表面急速結膜、與礦渣粘合在一起，集聚成與金屬溶液容易分離的渣膜。

3. 用適當工具挑出渣體，便可得到干凈的金屬溶液。

4．除渣劑撒少許覆蓋表面即可澆注，用量根據溶液的種類、溶液的含渣量、溶解爐的容量和對鑄件質量要求而定，一般情況下使用量為溶液的0．1％一0．3％。

Method of use：
