產品作用

  1．濾渣，減少渣對鑄件的危害。

  2．濾出金屬液中的氣泡。

  3．整流，使金屬液的流動由素流+層流狀態，減輕金屬液的二次氧化和吸氣，提

  高鑄件質量。

使用方法

  1．安放位置越靠近鑄件型腔越好，降低二次氧化的幾率：

  2．澆注系統的設計以簡單為好，可不考慮其它擋渣措施，這樣可提高砂型的利用率和工藝出品率：

  3．過濾器工作面積應為澆注系統阻流截面的4～6倍，以確保澆注速度不受影響：

  4．根據鑄造合金的種類及澆注溫度選用相應的過濾器，不應超溫使用：

  5．選擇合適的孔徑，真正起到過濾效果：

  6．不能用過濾器來控制澆注速度。

Scope of application：

Product function：

  metal liquid two times oxidation and inspiratory，improve casting quality．Method of use：

  1．The closer the position is to the casting cavity，the better the reduction of two times of oxidation．

  2．The gating system is designed to be simple and can be used without consideration of other residue measures，which can improve the utilization rate of sand type and process yield．

  3．The working surface area of the filter shall be 4~6 times of the Resistance section of the gating system to ensure that the casting speed is not affected．

  4．According to the type of casting alloy and pouring temperature selection of the corresponding filter，should not be used in excess temperature．

  5．Choose the right aperture to really filter the effect．

  6．Can’t use filter to control pouring speed．
